New Brunswick 4-H Holds Evening Camp

The camp meets five nights a week through Aug 3.

Salsa dancing was the activity of the evening on July 27, and six kids joined together to learn the steps of the dance at Lazos America Unida, where the New Brunswick 4-H Club is housed.

The camp runs through Aug. 3, and is free to kids ages 7 to 12 in New Brunswick.

From 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. each night, the camp features different activities, including dancing and Zumba, gardening, arts and crafts and leadership.

Laura Eppinger of New Brunswick 4-H said about half a dozen kids have attended over the last week. Parents must sign a permission slip for their children to attend.

Snacks are provided each night, and the activities are hosted by 4-H staffers with experience in each area.

No pics of campers? My grandson is having a terrific time at this camp but no boys are shown either. The counselors are great!
