Robert Wood Johnson to Host "Matters of the Heart" on Feb. 20
"Matters of the Heart" is held annually in recognition of American Heart Month.

Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital’s (RWJUH) annual “Matters of the Heart,” an event to mark American Heart Month, will take place on Wednesday, Feb. 20, from 4:30-8 p.m. at the hospital’s Arline and Henry Schwartzman Courtyard.
Dr. Sheldon J. Kukafka, an invasive cardiologist with the New Brunswick Cardiology Group who is board-certified in cardiology and nuclear cardiology, will deliver the physician keynote.
This year’s keynote speaker is Marianne Legato, M.D., founder and director of The Partnership for Gender-Specific Medicine at Columbia University. Legato is an internationally-known academic physician, author, lecturer, and specialist in gender-specific medicine. She is professor of clinical medicine at Columbia University College of Physicians & Surgeons and adjunct professor of medicine at Johns Hopkins Medical School. The Partnership for Gender-Specific Medicine at Columbia University is the first collaboration between academic medicine and the private sector focused solely on gender-specific medicine: the science of how normal human biology differs between men and women and of how the diagnosis and treatment of disease differs as a function of gender.
