37th Annual Hungarian Festival Happening Soon!

In a couple of weeks, the American Hungarian Foundation will host the 37th
Annual Hungarian Festival honoring the Anniversaries of Eletfa Folk Band and
Csurdongolo Folk Dance Ensemble.

The event will go from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Saturday, June 2nd, at the American Hungarian Foundation, along Somerset Street from Division to Bethany Streets.

Festivities will begin with a parade to ceremonies at Division Street on Somerset Street.Folk dance performances and cultural programs every hour. See the printed program for scheduled time and places.

Comfort station for babies and young children with parents at the Szechenyi School at Plum & Somerset streets. Hungarian food, vendors with Hungarian products, exhibits, music, folk art & crafts, games for children, museum gift shop, folk dancing, fencing demonstration, complete with a twilight concert in the Museum of the American Hungarian Foundation courtyard.

The event is being held on Saturday, June 2nd from 11AM-8PM. I have submitted a revised version of the blog entry with the information. Sorry for accidentally leaving it out and thank you for bringing it to our attention!
