Almost everyone knows someone who has battled cancer.  In hopes of a world with more birthdays and less cancer, local Central New Jersey residents have teamed up with the American Cancer Society to raise money for cancer research and programs.

The American Cancer Society will honor Princeton Radiation Oncology, Vito Mazza Salon & Spa and Volunteer Shining Star, Glenn Parker at this year’s 26^th Annual Night of Wine & Roses Gala on Friday, May 4, 2012 at The Palace at Somerset Park.

A cocktail reception starts at 7:00 p.m. and the program along with dinner and dancing begins at 8:30 p.m. Tickets for this black-tie event are $325 per person.

The co chairs of this year’s gala are longtime American Cancer Society volunteers and Board members, Dr. Michael and Mrs. Marlene Nissenblatt.  

All proceeds raised will be used by the Society to save lives by helping people stay well, get well, find cures and fight back.
