More About Boyd Park
Boyd Park was opened in 1999 as part of a waterfront redevelopment project. This park is also home to the Rutgers University Boathouse. The park comprises several playground areas, a waterfront walk and a large amphitheater. You can visit the park for a picnic in the sheltered picnic area. City events, several festivals and a July 4th celebration are held here.
