Author Quinn Nystrom Arrives in New Brunswick for ADA's "Step Out: Walk to Stop Diabetes" Dinner

Author Quinn Nystrom arrives in New Brunswick today to speak at the American Diabetes Association's New Jersey Corporate Dinner on Wednesday, April 23rd  for the "Step Out: Walk to Stop Diabetes" campaign.  Nystrom has been busy on the media circuit doing interviews for her recently released book IF I KISS YOU, WILL I GET DIABETES?

Inspired by her teenage self, IF I KISS YOU, WILL I GET DIABETES? is a first-hand account of negotiating life with a chronic illness.  Nystrom, who was diagnosed with type-1 at age thirteen, hopes this book will provide answers to the many questions and issues that arise in a teenager or young adult's life, who have been diagnosed with diabetes.
