Central Jersey Housing Center Gets $5K Grant

The MagyarBank Charitable Foundation gifted the housing services organization with money to help low and moderate income families.

The Central Jersey Housing Resource Center in New Brunswick was recently the recipient of a $5,000 grant from the MagyarBank Charitable Foundation.

The grant was awarded for individual and group housing services, and helps support their mission in providing low and moderate income families with the educational skills, resource connections, and financial literacy they need for home ownership and maintenance, foundation officials said in a statement.

“We are pleased to present this grant to the Central Jersey Housing Resource Center and provide resources to families that guide them through the home buying process,” said Jay E. Castillo, President of the MagyarBank Charitable Foundation.
