Giselle in HD, State Theatre, 15 Livingston Ave.

At 2 p.m., State Theatre will show the ballet "Giselle" on its large HD screen. Tickets are $12.

Wednesday

Art After Hours: First Wednesdays, Zimmerli Art Museum, 71 Hamilton St.

The Zimmerli's Art After Hours program is held on the first Wednesday of each month and provides activities and educational programming to supplement the museum's exhibits. On Wednesday, the featured exhibit will be β€œArt=Text=Art: Works by Contemporary Artists”. Museum staff will offer a tour and a discussion with Mason Gross professor Jeff Friedman will be held. Light refreshments will be served. Admission is $6.

Thursday

New Brunswick Jazz Project Presents Organist Akiko Tsuruga, 338 George St.

The performance begins at 7:30 p.m. Admission is $5.

Friday

New Jersey Holiday LIGHTFEST benefiting DARE New Jersey, Middlesex County Fairgrounds,655 Cranbury Road, East Brunswick

Lightfest is a drive-through display of over two million lights along a one-mile path. Admission is $20 per car on Friday through Sunday, $15 per car during the week. It is open from 5:30 p.m. to 9 p.m. nightly.
