The music will be swinging and sanctified when jazzy R&B trio The Noisy Neighbors brings its unique sound to Ruthie's in downtown Highland Park. Opening for the Nabes will be gospel singer Alexandria Newton, who will also lend her big voice and stage presence to some numbers with the Nabes. $5 cover, BYOB, food, coffee and non-alcoholic beverages available at the counter.
