PSE&G Opens New Service Center on George Street

The new location replaces PSE&G's former Ferren Mall location.

Public Service Electric and Gas Company (PSE&G) has announced the grand opening of its new New Brunswick Customer Service Center on George Street.

The 3,400 square foot facility replaces a PSE&G service center formerly located at 1 Penn Plaza, according to a press release from the company.

“Last year more than 16,000 customers used the former New Brunswick service center to pay a bill, ask a question or resolve an issue," said Joe Forline, vice president of customer solutions for PSE&G, in a prepared statement. "We look forward to providing an even higher level of customer service in this more modern and conveniently located facility.”

The New Brunswick Customer Service Center is an environmentally-conscious location, utilizing energy-efficient LED lighting, low-flow plumbing, and energy efficient windows and heating and cooling systems, according to the release.

“PSE&G is leading by example when it comes to environmental stewardship,” added Forline.  “We are investing hundreds of millions in energy efficiency programs for our customers, our dedication to solar power is second to none and we are one of only two U.S. utilities on the Dow Jones Global Sustainability Index," Forline said.

The New Brunswick Customer Service Center is located at 317 George St. It is open from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday.
