Saint Peter's University Hospital to Host Annual Public Meeting Nov. 28

Saint Peter's officials will discuss hospital operations over the past year, and will hear questions and comments from the public.

Saint Peter’s University Hospital, a member of the Saint Peter’s Healthcare System, will hold an open public meeting from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 28, in accordance with P.L.2008, c.59, which requires general hospitals in New Jersey to conduct one public meeting every year.

The meeting will be held in the Sister Marie de Pazzi Conference Center, which is located on the ground floor of the main hospital at 254 Easton Ave. in New Brunswick.

All aspects of the hospital’s operations will be discussed. Hospital executives will provide information about Saint Peter’s services, community benefit contributions, facility renovations, and the challenges and opportunities facing the hospital. The public can learn more about a new Emergency Department, which is under construction, an expanded wound care center, and a just-completed solar energy project at Saint Peter’s.

Members of the community will have the opportunity to ask questions, share experiences and provide feedback.

The meeting is open to all members of the community.
