American Red Cross and Rutgers University Offering "Sweetheart CPR" Class Saturday
Reduced rates are available to Rutgers and high school students
The American Red Cross and Rutgers Recreation will be holding Sweetheart CPR from 1 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. Feb. 18 at Rutgers College Avenue Gym.
The class is open to the public, and all participants who successfully complete it will be certified Adult CPR/AED by the American Red Cross. The class will teach the proper way to perform CPR and the use of an automatic external defibrillator (AED).
There are up to 200 spaces available. Enrollment is $40 for members of the public, or $10 for high school and college students who present a valid school ID. All participants will receive a free t-shirt.
