Cablevision Offers Credit to Customers Without Service During Sandy

Credit is available to Cablevision customers for each day they were without services due to Hurricane Sandy.

Cablevision is offering credit to customers who lost, phone, internet or television service during Hurricane Sandy.

Credit will be offered for each day a customers was without Optimum service, including outages caused by the loss of commercial power, according to a press release from the city.

Storm-damaged Cablevision equipment will also be replaced free of charge, according to the release.
