At 2 p.m., the Jewish Family and Vocational Service of Middlesex County will host a citizenship preparation class for legal residents looking to apply for U.S. citizenship. Classes are held every Monday and are free and open to the public. Textbooks are provided.

Tuesday

From 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Tuesday, Saint Peter's University Hospital will hold a seminar on diabetes management and treatment. Registration and a doctor's prescription are required to attend. The event is free and is held weekly at the hospital.

Wednesday

at , 108 Church St.

From 6:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m., Alfa Art Gallery will have on display the works of three abstract artists, Chinyee, Bertha (Bert) Thompson and Tony DiBella. The exhibit will be on display through March 17 and is free and open to the public.

Thursday

at , 7 Livingston Ave.

Presented by the State Theatre, "Women of Will" explores themes of love, loss, freedom, control, and violence and power through the heroines of Shakespeare’s texts. The show begins at 8 p.m. Tickets are $22.

Friday

State Theatre, 15 Livingston Ave.

At 8 p.m. the State Theatre will show a taping of Springsteen's 2002 performance in Barcelona on the theater's 46'' high definition screen. Tickets are $12 in advance, $15 at the door.
