Today in New Brunswick: Karate Kid, Fresh Produce, Games at the Library

Here's a quick list of what's going on in town today, Wednesday, July 24.

1. The New Brunswick Community Farmers Market is open from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. today in Kilmer Square. Stop by and browse locally grown produce, locally sourced honey and baked goods from the Promise Culinary School at Elijah's Promise.

2. Do you need to fill up your gas tank? Take a look at this Mapquest widget to view gas prices in and around New Brunswick.

3. Too hot to play outside all day? Kids between the ages of 7-17 are invited to the New Brunswick Free Public Library at 3 p.m. for board games and video games on XBox Kinect.

4. See a movie on a REALLY big screen: State Theatre will show the 2010 remake of "The Karate Kid" at 10:30 a.m. today on their 46-foot movie screen. Tickets are $5.
