VH1 Films in Downtown New Brunswick

The music network filmed its video countdown in New Brunswick, to air this weekend.

Hub City residents flipping the channels this weekend may see someplace very familiar on VH1.

The music network was in New Brunswick on Dec. 3 to film a new installment of its "Top 20 Video Countdown", a program that shows the popular music videos of the week.

Backdrops for filming included The Vue, Brother Jimmy's BBQ, Scarlet Fever, Thomas Sweet, Monument Square Park, State Theatre, the Stress Factory, Panico's Brick Oven Pizza and Harvest Moon, according to a press release from DEVCO.

The program will be aired nationally at 9 a.m. Dec. 8, and at 8 a.m. Dec. 9 and Dec. 11. Check your local listings for channel information.
