HUNGER CLEANUP
NJPIRG's Campaign against Hunger & Homelessness would like to introduce THE HUNGER CLEANUP, which we have been fundraising for since the beginning of the semester. Thousands of students across the country participate in the Hunger Cleanup, one of the largest service fundraisers in the nation. During the Hunger Cleanup, students participate in volunteer projects which may consist of painting, repairing, cleaning local food banks, planting community gardens, and holding food drives. Those who are interested in participating can meet in front of the Brower Commons on College Ave campus at Rutgers University on April 14th at 10am. Transportation will be provided to the different service sites.
