First Financial Literacy Program a Success at the Piscataway Public Library
The Piscataway Public Library held its first financial literacy program “Centsible Living” on Tuesday, April 22 welcoming nearly 70 guests to the free event.
The “Centsible Living” Financial Literacy Fair featured the Director of Banking for the New Jersey Department of Banking and Insurance, Patrick Mullen, and a variety of information stations with government and non-profit representatives. Each attendee not only walked away with a greater knowledge of how to plan for their future, but also a free flash drive as well.
The next program is a webinar that will take place on Tuesday, April 29, 2014 from 8:00pm – 9:15pm, titled Financial Issues for Multigenerational Care Givers–Building a Saving and Investing Plan.
