Is 10,000 deaths directly related to gang violence in the US a crime against humanity ? The "no snitching" behavior contributes and promotes these murders. This FACT appears to be meaningless to some and WallStreet greed blinds them to a reality .

This is for Donny, there are all kinds of gangs in the US black white, Latina, Asian, and etc .. that commit murder and there is silence among the community and members. I am going to talk about one particular gang you were mentioning that sometime cause and murder and get away with it. Have you ever heard of the blue code of silence? Think before you talk about something. No I do not condone silence of any form...

Once again I need to comment because of ignorance and racial emotions.Google "LACK OF COOPERATION WITH POLICE " and read the facts .Stop seeing everything through a racial lens .Remember one number, 10,000 deaths directly related to all gang activity .

I agree something must be done about this but it is not good just to point out one race. So what do you suggest on how to end or decrease this problem? Remember this Attitudes are the forerunners of conditions.
