Rabid Fox Found In New Brunswick Area

The fox has been described as mangy in appearance and aggressive in nature. If you spot the fox, do NOT approach it. Contact the New Brunswick Police Department at (732) 745-5200 and report its location and direction of travel.

A fox, believed to be rabid, has been spotted in the Rutgers Village area; specifically around Woodrow Wilson School. The New Brunswick Police Department and Animal Control are actively trying to contain and capture this animal. 

The fox has been described as mangy in appearance and aggressive in nature. If you spot the fox, do NOT approach it. Contact the New Brunswick Police Department at (732) 745-5200 and report its location and direction of travel.
