Vote in Today's School Board Elections

Polls are open from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m.

It is election day in New Brunswick, and by the end of the day, the New Brunswick Board of Education will have three newly-elected members to fill three seats.

Six candidates are running for the three seats on the board, three incumbents and three newcomers.

Unity Square, a nonprofit, nonpartisan organization in New Brunswick, distributed a questionnaire to each of the candidates, the answers to which can be viewed by clicking the links below:

The candidates also participated in an April 11th public forum where they answered questions about New Brunswick schools and education issues.

A $27.3 million tax levy in support of a $195 million school budget will also be on the ballot.
