Ronald McDonald House Holding Annual Walk at Six Flags

Walk will benefit the Ronald McDonald House of Long Branch and New Brunswick

The Ronald McDonald House of Long Branch and New Brunswick will host its 12th annual Walk With Ronald at Six Flags Great Adventure in Jackson on Sunday, June 10.

Ronald McDonald will be on hand to celebrate the day as participants will walk to raise money for the Ronald McDonald House which provides a home for families of seriously ill children who receive care at medical facilities near their locations.

Walk registration begins at 8 a.m. and the 1-mile walk will start at 9 a.m.

Participants can pre-register now by bringing a pledge form and money to a local Ronald McDonald House or by registering online at www.rmh-cnj.org.

Pre-registered walkers will receive a free "Walk with Ronald" T-shirt on first-come, first-serve) basis. Walkers will also get free parking and will have private access to select rides before the park opens.

Walkers 18 and under raise $50 and walkers 19 or older raise $75 and can enjoy the park after the event.

Chaperones for groups of 10 children under 15 years of age gain free entrance to Great Adventure for the day of the event.

Chaperones for groups of less than 10 children pay $30 and will gain entrance to the park  for the day.
