Recipe: Homemade Chicken Soup

You don't need to be sick to enjoy a good bowl of chicken soup.

Even though the winter has been relatively mild, there are still those days when you crave a bowl of homemade chicken soup, especially if you are getting sick. My mom's chicken soup has always been a hit around the house, and her secret is to use a cooked rotisserie chicken. Try the recipe out, and let me know what you think in the comments. Ingredients: *Where I shop (Wegmans) I get two packages of the already diced mixture of celery, carrots and onion, which comes out to about a cup each diced. Use as little or as much vegetables as you prefer in your soup Directions: Bring chicken broth to a boil in a large pot on high heat. Add the full rotisserie chicken. Let chicken boil for about 20 to 30 minutes, or until it is falling off the bone…
