Small Business Saturday: All day. All day throughout downtown Highland Park, shops around town will be participating in Small Business Saturday, celebrated every year on the Saturday after Thanksgiving. Shoppers are encouraged to "shop small" and patronize downtown bricks-and-mortar businesses that are the foundation of our downtowns and communities.
Home for the Holidays Celebration at Pino's: 3:00 pm - 9:00 pm, Pino's Wine Shoppe, 13 North Fourth Avenue, Highland Park. In conjunction with Small Business Saturday, Pino's Gift Basket Shoppe and Wine Cellar on North 4th Avenue in Highland Park is hosting a "home for the holidays" block party with live music, seasonal cocktails, and food from Destination Dogs.
Downtown Tree Lighting: 6:00 pm - 7:00 pm, Main Street Highland Park, 212 Raritan Avenue, Highland Park. Join us in downtown Highland Park for our annual tree lighting, complete with live music, caroling, hot chocolate, candy canes, and of course Santa! Tree lighting sponsored by Kremer Landscape Contractors.
2nd Annual Winter Art Bazaar: Saturday November 30 - Tuesday December 24, Main Street Highland Park, 212 Raritan Avenue, Highland Park. Now in its second year, the Winter Art Bazaar showcases affordable art by local artists. The Bazaar, which is a joint partnership between Main Street Highland Park and PAZ Culture System, provides a great opportunity to get some great holiday gifts while also supporting local artists and the Highland Park/New Brunswick arts scene.
