Wreaths Across America.

Honoring our Warriors!

On a specific Saturday in December, wreaths are placed on the graves of veterans at commentaries throughout our nation.  The history of the ceremony can be found at:   https://www.wreathsacrossamerica.org/about/

At a local level, the Terra Nova Club of Edison, organized the placing of the wreaths to honor those veterans who are at rest at the Piscatawaytown Burial Ground, 2136 Woodbridge Avenue, Edison, NJ.

Despite  the cold and snowy conditions on Saturday, December 14, the event was well attended by both Veterans and others who were there to honor all who have severed or are currently serving our great nation.  A special note of recognition must be given to the Middlesex County Police & Fire Pipes & Drums for their participation in the ceremony.  Playing the pipes and beating a drum while wearing their kilts in that cold weather is a true testament that these men represent our finest and bravest!

Pictures of the event are provided so that others can share the moment.
